Technical Infrastructure Manager

Maintain and improve our broadcasting infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across the network.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt technical support for broadcast and IT systems.
- Manage incidents via service delivery ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Experience with IT networking and audio over AoIP systems.
- Hands-on experience with radio broadcast systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of radio outside broadcast systems and implementation.
- Solid knowledge of audio engineering principles and techniques.
- Understanding of electronics theory and repair skills.
- Familiarity with Zetta and PhoneBox.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Qualification in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
