Job Title: Technical Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation's network infrastructure, ensuring stability, integrity, and efficient operation of network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement network architecture and solutions to meet business needs
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
  • Continuously monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Implement and manage network security measures to protect IT infrastructure and data
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures
  • Provide advanced technical support to resolve network-related issues and assist users
  • Plan and execute network upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure network systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a network administration or network project's role
  • Relevant certifications such as Fortinet Certified Fundamentals (FCF), Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA), Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP), Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (FCSS), Fortinet Certified Expert (FCE) or similar
