Stowe Australia, a leading electrical and communications installation and service contractor, is seeking a proactive Account Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with clients and oversee various minor projects in the Brisbane CBD.

As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring client needs are met, delivering electrical and communication services on time and within budget. Your ability to uphold our high standards and enhance profitability and client satisfaction will be critical to your success.

About this Opportunity:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing their needs and ensuring project and service works are delivered efficiently.
  • Adhere to HSEQ standards to maintain safety and compliance on all project and service sites.
  • Oversee financial reports and manage monthly client invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and generate new business within existing accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate project and service teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
  • Estimate and tender on project and service work, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.
  • Resolve client issues and handle complaints in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years post-trade electrical experience.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management or Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
  • Current Unrestricted Electrical Licence.
  • Cablers License (preferred).
  • CPR & LV Rescue Certificate.
  • Construction Industry General Safety Induction.
  • Current Manual Drivers Licence.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Previous experience in job estimating and quoting.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) and familiarity with simPRO is considered a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a car allowance or company vehicle, rostered days off, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a fast-paced environment within a diverse industry.
