The Opportunity
  • Prepare quarterly reports, board papers, and committee submissions supporting investor queries and due diligence alongside Investor Relations.
  • Maintain and evolve the Fund Model and Reporting Tool analyse returns and assess the impact of acquisitions divestments and capital projects.
  • Align activities with the Fund's Constitution investment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with teams across asset management leasing finance and capital transactions to identify risks and opportunities that drive portfolio outcomes.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Finance Commerce or a related discipline with further studies or professional development highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in unlisted funds financial reporting capital structures and fund modelling with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
  • Skilled in evaluating investment returns conducting financial analysis and interpreting portfolio performance to support strategic decision making.
  • Comfortable engaging across diverse teams and levels with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to shared outcomes.
  • Detail oriented organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills a high level of integrity and a positive adaptable approach to work.
