Job Title: IT Support Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on support and backend systems work.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end IT support to staff (L1-L3), troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Administer and maintain Windows-based systems and services.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policy, and security permissions.
  • Support and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts via Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Work closely with the broader team to support ongoing IT projects and improvements.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional who can take ownership of tasks and provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Systems or IT Support role, ideally across L1-L3.
  • Strong skills in:
    • Windows Server and Desktop environments
    • Active Directory administration
    • Microsoft Intune (device and policy management)
    • Microsoft Sentinel (basic security alert monitoring/response)
