Grill'd Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and coaching ability, with a customer-first approach and the ability to empower teams.

About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
  • Prioritizing product quality, efficient processes, comprehensive training, safety, and employee satisfaction
  • Driving sales and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and marketing initiatives
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and employment standards
