We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Front Office Team as an Assistant Manager. As our next team leader, you will oversee daily operations, handle guest complaints efficiently, and supervise a team of dedicated staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of daily Front Office operations
  • Effective management of guest complaints and concerns
  • Supervision and mentoring of Team Members
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of personal presentation
  • Assistance with roster preparation and use of Excel for administrative tasks

We are looking for someone with proven leadership experience within a hotel environment. Key qualifications include:

  • A vibrant personality and strong communication skills
  • The ability to maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Proven track record of leadership and management within a hospitality setting
  • Familiarity with Sihot PMS (an advantage)
  • Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role
