The Role

We are seeking a motivated Shift Leader to oversee our Operations team, ensuring seamless delivery of our e-scooters to consumers. As the shift leader, you will be responsible for managing Ground Patrollers and Drivers, as well as maintaining the availability of our e-scooters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks such as shift scheduling and manpower deployment planning.
  • Manage the retrieval and return of e-scooters to designated parking stations.
  • Ensure timely deployment of e-scooters at designated stations to meet consumer demand.
  • Conduct quality control and basic maintenance on e-scooters.
  • Train new Operations staff members and conduct refresher training.
  • Ensure adherence to Operations Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements:
  • A valid Open Class Driver Licence.
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work weekends.
  • Ability to lift, carry and maneuver 26-28 kg.
  • Any mobility/logistics/transportation experience is advantageous.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership, comfortable managing 'in the field' alongside team members.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex operational environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Possession of customer service skills.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
