Job Responsibilities
  • Shift Preparation: Organize each shift to run efficiently and effectively, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks and excellent guest experiences.
  • Rostering and Coverage: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adequate staffing levels and effective coverage during peak periods.
  • Guest Briefings: Ensure that all staff are briefed on guests' needs and preferences, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Porter and Night Porter Support: Provide guidance and oversight to Porters and Night Porters during your shift, ensuring they meet expectations.
  • Driveway Operation Coordination: Oversee the entire Driveway operation, managing logistics, parking, and luggage handling with precision.

  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Efficiency and Adaptability: Remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments, adjusting to changing situations with ease.

  • Full Driver's License: Hold a valid Full Driver's License, enabling you to perform duties related to vehicle management.
