Job Opportunity: Legal Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated legal analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal processes and be able to analyze complex data.

The successful candidate will support the senior legal team with daily tasks, including project planning and reporting. They will also collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions to specific challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting legal project management on large, complex, or multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Assisting in project planning and reporting, including timelines, task tracking, fee monitoring, and status updates for internal and client communications
  • Collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions to specific challenges
  • Communicating regularly with legal teams and clients; strong drafting skills are essential

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree qualified in Law, Management, Finance, or a Business-related field, with 1-2 years' experience in a law or professional services firm
  • A strong understanding of legal processes and typical work product in a law firm environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage across all seniority levels and with clients
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and financial awareness
