About Our Partnership Operations Manager Role:

As a key leader on our APAC partnerships team, you will own and drive forward initiatives to increase efficiency and impact of our retail and hospitality distribution partnerships business. You will partner with global leadership and APAC stakeholders to drive scalable operational improvements and profitable growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the scalability, efficiency, and impact of our distribution teams.
  • Manage projects from initial definition to final implementation, developing business cases, prioritization frameworks, and implementation plans for scalable solutions.
  • Scale new and existing processes to allow the distribution business to operate efficiently and grow.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders in APAC and globally to solve problems and improve feedback received.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to prioritize initiatives based on return on investment and develop dashboards and reporting for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partner or revenue operations, project management, strategy, operations management, or other relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality.
  • Critical thinking capability and exceptional problem-solving skills to frame opportunities, design workstreams, and sharpen recommendations.
  • Previous people management experience, specifically in mentoring individual contributors and mentoring new team leads.
  • Background in establishing operational objectives and aligning team contributions to key business priorities.
  • Ability to lead through influence, especially cross-functionally, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
