Commercial Leader - APAC

This is a senior leadership role in which you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and delivering sales revenue across the region. Your focus will be on managing costs, developing distribution strategies, and working closely with our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Manage costs and commission budgets to achieve desired ROI
  • Design and implement targeted distribution strategies to achieve sales outcomes from key source markets
  • Focus team efforts on balancing revenue, yield, and occupancy KPIs
  • Secure and expand VIP distribution across B2B networks and non-traditional partnerships
  • Use data analytics to inform commercial decisions and optimize business performance
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, particularly in APAC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with ability to develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with international partners
