Job Role: Finance Officer

This newly created role is integral to supporting and improving company compliance and month-end processes.

  • Assist in preparing annual statutory financial statements and reports.
  • Take part in coordinating external audit functions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Verify related party transactions and documentations.
  • Prepare inter-entity reconciliation.
  • Verify and reconcile fortnightly payroll and leave provisions.
  • Monitor policies, system procedures, and practices for sound financial management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of new accounting standards.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar function.
  • Desirable: Big4 or audit firm experience and exposure to Tech One or large ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
