Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the month-end close process, driving accuracy in financial reporting, and owning IFRS16 lease accounting.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance. They will be experienced in statutory reporting, audit, and treasury support, and possess advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities
  • Own the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead on IFRS16 lease accounting, including Capex accounting specialist responsibilities.
  • Support SOX testing and external audit requirements.
  • Partner with senior leaders, IT, and Transformation teams to ensure budgets and forecasts are on track.
  • Drive automation and process improvements across finance.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified professional with 3+ years of financial accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance.
  • Experience in statutory reporting, audit, and treasury support.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused individual.
