The Greater Sydney Division

We integrate transport modes including trains, metro, and buses; critical infrastructure and services to support Sydney's growing population. We are projected to reach over 12 million within the next 40 years.

The Opportunity

You'll work within the Investment and Portfolio team who is responsible for developing the Greater Sydney planning and delivery pipeline through provision of an efficient interface between asset strategy, planning, development, and delivery functions.

Success requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand strategic landscapes, community needs, asset requirements, and internal resource constraints for investment. You'll need an understanding of the transport industry and project management principles.

As a new function for Greater Sydney, this role leads business-as-usual portfolio management functions while identifying areas of improvement and developing new processes and methodologies. You'll work with stakeholders to facilitate workshops and lessons learnt discussions to drive portfolio management maturity across the division.

You may also be required to support other functions within the Investment and Portfolio team such as asset management, benefits realization, funding submissions, and program management.
