Portfolio Development Manager

This is a Manager position within the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. As part of a newly formed team, you will contribute to a high-impact program that assesses applications and supports evidence-based decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing developer portfolios and analysing financial data to make recommendations.
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to support credible projects and accelerate housing delivery across NSW.

Requirements:- Relevant industry experience in property sector valuation, credit assessment, or residential development processes.
