We are seeking a pro-active and strategic stakeholder engagement professional to join our team. As a Team Leader - Public Affairs, you will be responsible for implementing our enterprise stakeholder engagement plan and developing strategies to support other initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic coordination and oversight of the implementation of our stakeholder engagement plan;
  • Leading and overseeing the preparation of regular reporting products to share stakeholder insights and analysis;
  • Managing and optimizing our stakeholder CRM system, including training, reporting, analysis and data management;
  • Scanning the external environment to identify and anticipate socio-political trends and insights that may impact our organization;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as communication, public policy or economics;
  • Demonstrated experience working in stakeholder engagement, government relations and public affairs;
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally;
  • Experience scanning and analysing the socio-political environment and providing sound advice;
