Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced People And Culture Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to multiple executives and their business units, you will ensure that our employee experience never dips.

About You:

  • You have experience as a Business Partner who loves working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are pragmatic, love to solve problems, and don't rely on the HR rule book to do it
  • You are an energetic people-person who is curious, flexible, and passionate about driving commercial outcomes through our P&C strategy

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will be integrated into their leadership teams to help deliver on their people strategies
  • Delivering on our employee promise - to be the leading place to grow your tech career will be your core priority
  • Developing and nurturing the industry's best potential talent
  • Working on interesting OD initiatives that have organisation-wide impact, collaborating with our OD, L&D and Talent Acquisition teams
