We're on a mission to find an innovative Employment Brand Specialist who can bring our employer brand to life on social media.

This role requires a creative storyteller who can develop and execute local activation strategies that showcase our employment brand, engaging with our target audience and increasing brand awareness in key talent markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to activate our employer brand across the enterprise.
  • Create compelling social-first content and creative assets to support employer brand communications initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Evaluate content performance results and inform employer brand social strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience leading employment brand activation strategies in the ANZ labor market.
  • Experience developing employer brand content for Social Media.
  • Experience creating compelling stories to attract talent (video, photos, blogs).
  • Experience working with analytical tools specific to social media.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premier Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • Experience filming and editing video content.
