Senior Brand Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the weekly digital catalogue to ensure it reflects commercial priorities and inspires customers.
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across paid and organic platforms while managing community engagement and moderation on local channels.
  • Design and send weekly marketing emails to inform, engage, and drive store traffic.
  • Develop marketing content and campaigns that bring to life key brand storylines including local suppliers, seasonal events, and community fundraising initiatives.
  • Support copywriting and content production for campaigns, catalogues, point of sale, and digital touchpoints.
Loyalty & eCommerce:
  • Optimize the loyalty program to drive repeat visits and customer retention.
  • Keep product and promotional content updated.
  • Ensure alignment of online and in-store offers.
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience.
In-store Marketing & Local Execution:
  • Spends weekly time reviewing in-store marketing execution and POS, partner with store managers to deliver local marketing initiatives including event promotion and community partnerships.
Strategic Alignment:
  • Collaborate with the central buying team to identify priority product lines for promotion and storytelling.
  • Help shape and execute across-channel marketing strategy that supports business growth and reflects customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience preferably in retail, FMCG, or omni-channel environment.
  • Strong content creation and campaign management skills.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, and analytics.
  • A natural storyteller who understands how to build brand warmth and drive commercial results.
  • A team player happy to roll up their sleeves.
