Job Title: Living Support Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our Home & Living services in Forbes. As a manager in this role, you will inspire and empower your team to deliver exceptional support for people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a dedicated team to deliver high-quality disability services, focused on customer service excellence and continuous team growth.
  • Develop and Mentor: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for your team, fostering a positive, high-performing, and motivated work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Take ownership of key management responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Human Rights & Person-Centred Care: Champion human rights-based, person-centred practices in your team's approach, ensuring the highest level of support for individuals with disabilities.
About You
  • You have experience in a middle management role or significant direct disability support experience.
  • You have relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Cert IV in Individual Support/Business Management, or equivalent.
  • You thrive on mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, helping individuals reach their full potential.
  • Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to be an influential voice and inspire others.
