Job Description
">The Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a before and after school service. They will support a management team, including senior and area coordinators, regional managers, and OSHC managers.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality programs for children.
- Manage daily operations to ensure a safe and engaging environment.
- Coordinate staffing and rosters effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Oversee administration and reporting requirements.
- Build strong relationships with families and the school community.
About You
- Completed Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification in Childcare or Teaching.
- Experience in program planning and a passion for quality childcare.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Current Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
