Program Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to play a key role in the development and implementation of our program at PCYC Queensland.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Establish effective networks and partnerships with community organisations to ensure continuity of the program.

• Support the operational management of the Club, providing referrals for program participants.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

• Diploma of youth work or relevant qualification in social and community programs.

• At least 3 years' experience in social and community programs.

• Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers.

• Demonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributes.

• Current driver's licence required.

**Working Requirements:**

• Mandatory Working With Children Check (Blue Card). All employees must complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
