Assistant Coordinator Job

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Coordinator. As an Assistant Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Service Coordinator with the management of a team of Educators and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for developing quality programs and managing the day-to-day running of the programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Coordinator with staff management
  • Develop and implement quality programs for children
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the programs
  • Ensure compliance with policy and procedures
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completed (or actively studying) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and providing quality childcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and the school community
