Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Before and After Care service.

This exciting opportunity allows you to plan, resource, and deliver exceptional programs in your own way. You will have access to a network of peers, Regional Manager, and Mentor for support, as well as HQ support to focus on delivering an outstanding experience for children.

The role involves direct management of a team of Directors of Service, indirect management and support of a team of Educators and support staff, and overseeing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of engaging programs for all groups and children in attendance.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining exceptional relationships with children, families, school leadership, and the wider school community, impacting the lives of children and their families by delivering a remarkable service.

Responsibilities
