About the RoleYou will play a crucial part in ensuring high-quality care and education services are delivered to children in their own homes. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the growth and development of our team.
- Recruit and assess new educators and household members
- Conduct regular home visits to monitor care environments and educator practice
- Support educators in implementing learning frameworks that promote early childhood development
- Provide leadership, supervision, training, and access to resources
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- BUILD trusted relationships with families and the wider community
We are looking for individuals with a strong educational background in Early Childhood Education and Care. You should possess excellent relationship-building, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of child development, learning frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience mentoring and supporting educators to drive quality outcomes
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work both independently and within a team
- Understanding of Child Protection legislation and your responsibilities
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and compliance
