About the Role:
CTA Training Specialists, a leading hospitality training organization, is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to drive online sales revenue and shape the future of our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the relaunch of the ecommerce platform and implement digital activities to drive ongoing sales growth.
- Manage all online activity related to website optimization, traffic acquisition, sales conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of the ecommerce platform.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve online sales revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, data science, or a related field.
- Extensive ecommerce management experience in a high-volume B2C environment.
- Proven experience in devising strategies to drive sales of an ecommerce platform.
- High level of proficiency in managing online activity related to traffic acquisition, attribution modeling, website optimization, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in LMS development, CRM, database management, UX/UI is highly regarded.
