About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Head of Ecommerce to lead and grow our ecommerce channel in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the ecommerce strategy, driving sales growth, and overseeing the digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the ecommerce strategy across all channels
  • Drive sales growth through effective channel management and optimization
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy to ensure optimal traffic to our websites
  • Prepare and present insights-driven reports to stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor the ecommerce team to achieve business objectives

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior ecommerce position, with a proven track record of growing and managing ecommerce marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and make data-driven decisions.

They will also have experience with PPC, SEO, and paid media campaign management, and be a confident communicator with high attention to detail.
