Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can utilize your excellent customer service skills to create unforgettable virtual reality gaming experiences?

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-centric individuals to join our team of game masters. Our mission is to provide players with a unique and immersive experience that challenges their minds and senses.

As a Game Master, you will be responsible for welcoming and orienting players to the virtual reality escape room experience, monitoring and assisting players throughout their gaming experience, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.

You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by creating a fun and immersive experience for our players, maintain a safe and clean environment, and collaborate with the team to further develop the player experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all customers.
  • A deep understanding of game mastering and having been a game master is a significant advantage.
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting skills will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with virtual reality equipment and technology is preferred but not required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
