We are seeking highly skilled professionals to create an exceptional customer experience in our virtual reality escape rooms and competitive games.

**Job Overview:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, recording sales, communicating game mechanics, monitoring bookings and faults, enforcing safety rules, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive and engaging experience.
  • Record sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate game rules and mechanics clearly to ensure player understanding and enjoyment.
  • Monitor bookings and faults, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations, prioritizing guest well-being and safety.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and presentation.

**Requirements:**

- At least 18 years old, with legal rights to work in Australia
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Live in close proximity to Melbourne CBD and available on short notice
