Chief Operations Manager

The Director of Practice Operations oversees the operational success of their assigned medical practices.
- Provides strategic leadership and direction utilizing provided tools, including coordination of all practice activities except those directly involving professional medical judgment.
This role requires a high degree of independence, initiative, judgment, and follow-through on a wide range of sensitive and complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborates with partners to execute strategic and operational plans, including space planning to accommodate growth.
- Manages provider templates for optimized utilization and monitors productivity to determine needs for addition or consolidation.
- Represents the organization during recruitment processes and evaluates quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.
- Fosters a positive consumer experience through oversight and accountability of performance and managing action plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 5 years of healthcare management experience
