This position requires strategic leadership and direction, utilizing tools provided to coordinate practice activities excluding those involving professional medical judgment.
">Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with partners on the execution of strategic and operational plans, including space planning to accommodate growth.">
- Manage and balance provider templates for optimized utilization.">
- Monitor provider template utilization and productivity to determine a need to add or consolidate providers.">
- Represent the organization during recruitment processes, identifying and communicating needs for new providers and monitoring additional recruitment triggers.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or a related field, along with 5 years of healthcare management experience. Preferred qualifications include certification by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) and a Master's Degree.
