Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the operational success of assigned medical practices. This includes providing strategic leadership and direction, coordinating all practice activities except those requiring professional medical judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic and operational plans, including space planning for growth and accommodating learners.
  • Manage provider templates for optimal utilization, monitoring productivity to determine needs for addition or consolidation.
  • Represent AHMG during recruitment processes, identifying and communicating new provider needs and monitoring additional recruitment triggers.
  • Evaluate and manage quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety, overseeing licenses, certifications, accreditations, onsite inspections, and risk events.
  • Focus on consumer experience through oversight of Press Ganey performance and managing action plans, ensuring effective implementation and sustainment of consumer initiatives and escalating complaints as needed.
  • Deliver on Team Member Promise through team leadership development conversations, providing oversight and accountability for team engagement and compliance with mandatory training requirements.
