Practice Operations Director

Key to our organization's operational success is the Practice Operations Director. This individual will lead practice activities, providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Job Description:

The Practice Operations Director is responsible for managing the overall operational performance of their assigned medical practices. They oversee the coordination of all practice activities except those directly involving professional medical judgment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with partners on strategic and operational plans, managing provider templates for optimized utilization, and monitoring productivity and quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
  • 5 years of healthcare management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE)
  • Master's Degree
