Servicenow Consultant Job Opportunity

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Servicenow consultant to join our team. As a senior member of the group, you will provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow-based consulting initiatives.

This role involves communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also have the ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise.
Required Skills And Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Administration
  • ServiceNow CIS ITSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Custom application development in ServiceNow, Portal development
  • Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM)
  • Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management, metrics and key performance indicators
  • Team collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
