Job Opportunity: APS3 Passport Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in the production of travel documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the workflow of travel document production, including scanning and cropping photos, as well as quality assurance checks
  • Prepare and sort evidence documents and attachments for travel documents
  • Perform general office administrative duties and assist team members as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Baseline Clearance
  • Excellent customer service, administrative, teamwork, and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly within the public sector
