Job Description

The Director, Programs and Impact plays a key role in leading the development and implementation of the Foundation's program strategy.

  • Develop and implement strategic programs to achieve positive social outcomes for the Foundation's beneficiaries.
  • Lead the design and delivery of projects that reflect the Foundation's ways of working and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring that investments and initiatives are strategic, evidence-informed, and measurably effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within the not-for-profit or public sector, preferably with a focus on social impact.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program design, delivery, and evaluation, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with grant funding or social investment models is highly valued, and a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
