This graduate program is designed to accelerate your career while fostering social impact. You'll embark on a series of rotations or immersion opportunities, working on real-world projects that will drive change within the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a 12-month graduate entry-level program
  • Engage in projects and develop skills needed to excel in the public sector
  • Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with teams across Australia on impactful issues
  • Foster a healthy work-life balance with flexible work arrangements

Learning and Development:

  • Complete a structured learning program through a comprehensive APS Graduate Development Learning Program
  • Receive mentorship, career coaching, and planning support
  • Guidance from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary starting at APS level 4, $82,999 plus 15.4% superannuation
