Project Coordinator - Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee all aspects of production for contract projects. This individual will ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications, while coordinating with production teams to guarantee quality standards and efficient production processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, ensuring that all aspects of projects are managed effectively from initiation to completion. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of overseeing production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring production schedules and resource allocation to prevent delays;
  • Collaborating with internal departments to integrate production capabilities into project planning and execution;
  • Evaluating supply chain operations by coordinating logistics for materials and finished products;
  • Developing and managing production budgets to ensure financial viability;
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings through improved production practices and supplier negotiations.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • Fluency in both English (spoken and written) for effective communication with suppliers and clients;
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination and production management;
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
