Transformative Procurement Leader

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive the development of our facilities strategy and provide strategic oversight of procurement and infrastructure activities. This role will contribute to operational resilience, risk management, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive facilities strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction for procurement and infrastructure activities, ensuring they support operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance structures, embedding policies and best practices that promote compliance and ethical procurement.
  • Lead negotiations with external partners to secure long-term value and strategic alignment.
  • Ensure financial planning and investment decisions support cost efficiency and operational resilience.
  • Develop and implement supplier ESG assessment frameworks, driving accountability and impact in supplier selection and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in procurement, infrastructure, or operational risk management within a regulated environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into operational strategies.
  • Strong governance and risk management expertise, including knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
