Industry Workflow Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth discovery workshops with customers to recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow's capabilities.
- Build trusted relationships with clients to foster long-term collaboration and account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve deal velocity and share best practices.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience, especially supporting Tier-1 clients.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform and knowledge of the relevant industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite.
