We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Risk Leader to join our team at Westpac Group. As an Executive Manager, you will play a key role in providing oversight and challenge of key initiatives, including our multi-year technology simplification program, UNITE.
Key Responsibilities- Apply a risk-based approach to 2nd line Oversight of Change Execution Risk, aligned to the Transformation Policy and Standards, and the 3LoD Model Standard.
- Attend workstream or initiative steering committees, in addition to regular attendance at Line of Business or Business Unit portfolio committees.
- Challenge and oversight BAU and UNITE change initiatives, whether product or project driven, to ensure the risks delivered through change are adequately controlled.
- Provide the business with insights into emerging risks arising from potential changes in business strategy, thematic reviews of internal events, key external learnings, or changes in inherent risk environment.
