Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Lack prior full-time work experience, although internship and undergraduate experience is highly desirable
  • Possess full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
  • Have completed their undergraduate studies within the last three years
  • Demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and ambition for a career in the construction industry
  • Demonstrate flexibility and mobility, with a willingness to work on various projects locally, regionally, and interstate
Recruitment Process

The recruitment process for our Graduate Program typically unfolds as follows:

  1. Initial Application Submission: Candidates submit a 10-minute application, showcasing their personality and qualifications
  2. Shortlisting and Video Interview: Shortlisted candidates participate in a 10-15 minute video interview, providing further insight into their unique strengths
  3. Face-to-Face Interviews: Successful candidates attend face-to-face interviews with HR representatives and senior leaders
  4. Formal Offer: The final step involves receiving a formal offer to join our Graduate Program
