Role Summary

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to develop and optimize maintenance strategies for assets within the Renewables portfolio. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that reliability analyses outcomes are integrated into maintenance strategies, driving production, reliability, safety, and environmental improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate collaboration between Engineering, Maintenance, and Asset Services SMEs to incorporate reliability analysis results into maintenance strategies.
  • Support Renewables Engineering and Maintenance teams in developing and prioritizing optimized maintenance strategies for the Renewables portfolio.
  • Ensure approved maintenance strategies are loaded into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and converted into effective routines, enhancing efficiency in maintenance task execution and capturing labor and materials requirements.
  • Update existing planned maintenance tasks in CMMS and Document Management System.
  • Support Maintenance teams in developing, deploying, and continuously improving maintenance support information.
  • Develop documentation for optimized Planned Maintenance (PM) Tasks and store it within the Document Management System.
  • Deploy PMs by attaching them to SAP, enabling maintenance personnel to complete work safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Experience applying Reliability Engineering techniques and Asset Management principles highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience leading reliability improvement initiatives and developing maintenance documentation in power stations or similar heavy industry.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Power BI, OSI PI, Reliability, RCA, and Condition Monitoring software desirable.
  • Able to work across Renewable sites and provide technical support to other business units as required.
  • Attention to detail for identifying minor issues during root cause analysis.
