About the Job

The Reliability Specialist is responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance strategies to minimize asset downtime. They will create processes for maintenance strategy development, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Maintenance, and Asset Services experts, to integrate reliability analyses into maintenance strategies.
  • Support the Renewables Engineering and Maintenance teams in creating and prioritizing maintenance strategies.
  • Load optimized maintenance strategies into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and convert them into effective routines.
  • Update planned maintenance tasks in the CMMS and Document Management System.
  • Develop and deploy maintenance support information.
  • Ensure that Planned Maintenance Tasks have necessary documentation developed and stored within the Document Management System.
  • Effectively manage maintenance documentation, including identifying and closing gaps in maintenance information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience applying Reliability Engineering techniques and Asset Management principles to drive improvement.
  • Demonstrated previous experience leading reliability improvement initiatives and developing maintenance documentation.
