As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion across NSW and QLD by fostering relationships with architects, designers, builders, and developers to promote innovative heating solutions.
The RoleThis is not a traditional sales role. You will need to build awareness of solutions across a broad base of specifiers and project stakeholders, developing strong connections and influencing decision-makers. Experience in industries like building materials or construction systems is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strategic partnerships across a wide base of specifiers and project stakeholders.
- Developing and managing a robust pipeline of sales opportunities across NSW & QLD.
- Delivering engaging presentations and workshops to inform and influence decision-makers.
- Driving new business opportunities in both residential and commercial markets.
- Providing expert product insights and training to architects, builders, and developers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Reporting regularly on pipeline, performance, and market trends.
Experience in business development or sales in the construction, design, or building products sector.
Strong presentation and influencing skills.
Ability to build credibility quickly and manage a complex pipeline.
