- Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- First-class planning, organisational and administrative skills.
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels with senior management decision makers.
- Demonstrable track record of national and major customer business development and relationship management with profit and loss responsibility.
- Experience using CRM systems for analysis, reporting and planning, and a thorough understanding of how to use data to drive business outcomes.
