Job Description

The Residential Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences across all aspects of our residential operations.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the front office operation, drive sales and marketing targets, and oversee guest arrivals and departures.
  • This role requires effective supervision of reservations, guest service delivery, and maintenance of accurate records.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, including supervising staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales and marketing targets through effective utilization of the front office system, producing reports to meet operational needs, and liaising with other departments as required.
  • Guest Service Delivery: Ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences across all aspects of our residential operations, including supervision of guest arrivals and departures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and hospitality software systems.
