Maternal Health Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled female Aboriginal Maternal Support Worker to join our Alukura Women's Health team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation.
This rewarding position involves working in partnership with midwives to improve maternal and infant outcomes by providing social, emotional and cultural support to women in pregnancy and until six weeks following birth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships to maintain ongoing client contact, confirming follow-up arrangements, assisting with transport, support and linkage to social services and cultural advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
