  • Manage the overall performance of the mechanical engineering department">
  • Review mechanical designs, structural interfaces, and temperature/pressure considerations in future launch programs">
  • Design and verify mechanical and structural systems to meet customer requirements">
  • Develop test plans for parts through development, qualification, and acceptance testing">
  • Support the development and work allocation of the junior team">
  • Liaise with other departments as required">

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering">
  • 8+ years of experience in a professional mechanical engineering setting (excluding internships)">
  • Highly developed CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred)">
  • Ability to manage large assembly models and drawings">
  • Experience with simulation tools and programming languages">
